Connect an AI app
Claude will show your team’s tools after you connect it once.
Before you connect, your team must add a tool and give you access to it.

Name itClosedMCPand paste the link. - 3
Connect and sign in
Connect, then sign in with the Google account you use for ClosedMCP.
Using a company-hosted ClosedMCP?
Copy the link from the Connect page in ClosedMCP.
When you use a tool, it acts through your own account. Your team can see a record of the action and control who has access.
Check that it works
Test it: Ask Claude, “What tools can you use?” You should see the tools your team has made available to you.
When you first use a tool, it may ask you to sign in.
No tools showing?
Check that you used the same Google account. Then ask your company admin to confirm you have access to a tool. Set up your company →
Troubleshooting
If sign-in keeps looping, close the sign-in window, return to your AI app, and start the connection again. Check that your browser allows the sign-in window to finish.
If a tool says “needs connecting,” open the link it provides and sign in to that service with your own account, then retry the tool.
If you see the wrong Google account, sign out of Google in that browser or choose the correct account during sign-in. Use the same account you use for ClosedMCP.
To reconnect, remove the ClosedMCP connection in your AI app, add the link above again, and complete sign-in. For a service connected through ClosedMCP, open its new “needs connecting” link and retry.
